No, just show the QR code on your phone when boarding. Our staff will scan it at the pier. No internet? A screenshot of the QR code works too.
Yes, children under 3 travel free (no separate seat). Ages 3-12 get a 50% discount. The ship has a kids zone with games and entertainment.
The "Cruise" ship has an onboard buffet with drinks and snacks. On speedboats, you may bring your own food and drinks (no glass containers).
Sunset cruise -- 2 hours, morning cruise -- 1.5 hours, speedboat tour -- 40 minutes. Private charter -- 2 to 6 hours as you wish.

On the "Cruise" ship -- yes, free Wi-Fi on all decks. Speedboats do not have Wi-Fi due to distance from shore.

Virtually never. Issyk-Kul is a freshwater lake with minimal waves. Our steamships are very stable thanks to their wide hulls. In 5 seasons and 12,000+ guests, seasickness cases are extremely rare. If sensitive, choose a seat on the lower deck near the center.
Yes, for private charters or full ship rentals you may bring your own cake, flowers, decorations, and banners. We will help set everything up on board. For regular cruises -- only compact decor approved by the manager.
Yes, with a private charter the route is entirely your choice: along the southern shore, to quiet coves, to Karakol or Tamga. The captain will recommend the best spots for sunset and swimming. Minimum rental is 2 hours.
Not on regular cruises, but we can recommend trusted photographers who work on the lake. For private charters, a photographer or videographer can be included upon request. Best shooting time is 40 minutes before sunset.
