Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern access to and use of the Cruise water tour ticket sales platform ("Platform"), owned by sole proprietor Toktogonov Nurlisbek Azarbaevich, registered in the Kyrgyz Republic. By using the Platform, you confirm that you have read and accept these Terms in full. If you disagree with any provisions, please stop using the Platform.

The Platform provides online ticket sales services for water transport on Lake Issyk-Kul, including: • Cruise tours (sunset, morning, themed) • Private charters and vessel rentals • Speed boat tours • Kids programs and onboard celebrations • Corporate events and group ticket sales Available services may vary depending on season and weather conditions.

Registration is required to purchase tickets for trips. Registration is done via phone number with OTP verification. You agree to: • Provide accurate and up-to-date information • Not share account access with third parties • Immediately report unauthorized access • Be responsible for all actions performed through your account We reserve the right to block accounts that violate these Terms.

When purchasing a ticket for a trip, you receive confirmation and a QR ticket via WhatsApp. Purchase terms: • A ticket is confirmed upon system confirmation • Hold (temporary seat reservation) is valid for 24 hours — after expiry, it is automatically cancelled • Payment is accepted by QR via Finik (any Kyrgyzstan bank, Visa/Mastercard) and cash at the pier • Prices are in Kyrgyz Soms (KGS) and include all applicable taxes • We reserve the right to change prices without notice; changes do not affect already-purchased tickets

Cancellation and refund policy: • Guest-initiated cancellation before departure — refund less a 10% handling fee • After departure, or if you miss boarding — no refund • Cancellation on our side (weather, technical) — full 100% refund with no fee, or a free reschedule • A sailing that goes ahead without swimming due to weather is not a cancellation — no refund • Reschedule to another sailing — free, before departure, agreed with the ticket desk Online tickets are refunded at the main desk (desk 1) at Golden Sands pier; desk-bought tickets at the desk of purchase. Money is handed over on the spot: in cash from the till or by transfer to your e-wallet. The site and Finik only accept payments — there is no payout through them.

Passenger safety is our priority: • All vessels are equipped with life jackets and safety equipment • Crew members hold required certifications • Passengers must follow onboard safety rules and crew instructions • Boarding under the influence of alcohol or drugs is prohibited • Children under 12 must be accompanied by adults • Passenger insurance is included in the ticket price We are not liable for delays or cancellations due to force majeure (natural disasters, emergencies).

All content on the Platform, including texts, images, logos, interface design, code, and databases, is the intellectual property of sole proprietor Toktogonov Nurlisbek Azarbaevich or used under license. Prohibited: • Copying, reproducing, or distributing Platform materials without written consent • Using the "Cruise" trademark without permission • Automated data collection (scraping) from the Platform

The Cruise Platform is not responsible for: • Weather conditions and related schedule changes • Delays beyond our control • Loss or damage to personal belongings onboard • Technical issues caused by force majeure • Actions or inactions of third parties, including payment providers Maximum aggregate liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific ticket.

All disputes arising from use of the Platform shall be resolved as follows: • First — through negotiation. Contact our support via email or phone • If unresolved — through courts in accordance with the laws of the Kyrgyz Republic • Jurisdiction: courts of Bishkek, Kyrgyz Republic Governing law: legislation of the Kyrgyz Republic.
