This public offer (hereinafter — "Offer") is an official proposal of LLP "Cruise.kg" (hereinafter — "Provider") to conclude a paid services agreement for organizing water cruises on Lake Issyk-Kul under the conditions stated below with any capable individual or legal entity (hereinafter — "Customer").
1. Subject of agreement
1.1. The Provider undertakes to render services of organizing and conducting water cruises, private charters and corporate events on the vessels of the Provider on Lake Issyk-Kul, and the Customer undertakes to accept and pay for these services.
1.2. The agreement is considered concluded upon acceptance of this Offer by the Customer. Acceptance is the booking and payment via cruise.kg or manager.
2. Rights and obligations
Provider obligations: render services in agreed scope; ensure passenger safety (life vests, insurance, qualified crew); provide e-ticket with QR code; notify Customer of any changes at least 2 hours before departure.
Customer obligations: pay in full; arrive 15 min before departure with ID and e-ticket; follow captain's instructions and safety rules; not be intoxicated at boarding.
3. Price and payment
3.1. Prices listed in Kyrgyz Som (KGS), taxes included.
3.2. Payment methods: QR transfer to the Provider account (MBusiness) via any Kyrgyzstan banking app; cash at pier (upon agreement).
3.3. Payment is considered made upon receipt on the Provider account. After the transfer is verified, the booking is confirmed and the e-ticket with QR code is delivered via WhatsApp.
4. QR (MBusiness) payment process
4.1. After booking, the Customer is shown a QR code to transfer to the Provider account.
4.2. The Customer scans the QR with any Kyrgyzstan banking app and transfers the exact booking amount.
4.3. The Customer then sends the payment receipt via WhatsApp; the system verifies amount, recipient and date.
4.4. Upon successful verification, the booking is confirmed and the e-ticket with QR code is delivered via WhatsApp and in the personal account. Full card data is never requested or stored by the Provider.
5. Refund policy
5.1. Cancellation terms: 24h+ before — 100% refund; 12–24h — 50%; less than 12h — no refund.
5.2. Provider-side cancellation (weather, technical) — 100% refund + 200 KGS bonus or reschedule.
5.3. First reschedule — free (if notified 24h+ in advance).
5.4. Refunds processed to original card within 10 banking days.

6. Liability
6.1. Provider is liable for passenger safety within legal and insurance limits.
6.2. Provider is not liable for: Customer actions violating safety rules; damage caused by intoxication; force majeure events.
7. Personal data
Personal data processing is performed per Kyrgyz Law on Personal Data and our Privacy Policy (/privacy). By accepting this Offer, Customer consents to data processing for service delivery.
8. Dispute resolution
8.1. All disputes are resolved through negotiations.
8.2. If no agreement — through courts at Provider's location per Kyrgyz Republic law.
9. Offer term and changes
9.1. This Offer is valid from publication on cruise.kg until revoked.
9.2. Provider may amend the Offer. Current version always on this page.
9.3. Continued use after changes means acceptance.
