Public Offer Agreement

1.1. The Provider undertakes to render services of organizing and conducting water cruises, private charters (vessel rental) and corporate events on the vessels of the Provider on Lake Issyk-Kul, and the Customer undertakes to accept and pay for these services. 1.2. The agreement is considered concluded upon acceptance of this Offer by the Customer. Acceptance is the ticket purchase (or vessel rental order) and payment via cruise.kg or manager.

Provider obligations: render services in agreed scope; ensure passenger safety (life vests, insurance, qualified crew); provide e-ticket with QR code; notify Customer of any changes at least 2 hours before departure. Customer obligations: pay in full; arrive 15 min before departure with ID and e-ticket; follow captain's instructions and safety rules; not be intoxicated at boarding.

3.1. Prices listed in Kyrgyz Som (KGS), taxes included. 3.2. Payment methods: online QR payment via the Finik payment service — from any Kyrgyzstan banking app, or by Visa / Mastercard / Elcart bank cards; cash at pier (upon agreement). 3.3. Payment is considered made upon successful confirmation by the Finik payment service. The e-ticket is then issued automatically and delivered via WhatsApp and in the personal account. Full card data is never requested or stored by the Provider.

4.1. After selecting a trip and placing an order, the Customer is taken to the secure Finik payment page with a QR code and payment options (recipient — Sole Proprietor Toktogonov Nurlisbek Azarbaevich). 4.2. The Customer pays for the ticket by scanning the QR with any Kyrgyzstan banking app or by Visa / Mastercard / Elcart card. 4.3. The Finik payment service processes the payment and sends the Provider a secure status notification (webhook). 4.4. Upon successful confirmation, the e-ticket is issued automatically and delivered via WhatsApp and in the personal account. Full card data is never requested or stored by the Provider.

5.1. The Customer may cancel before departure. The refund is issued less a 10% handling fee. 5.2. After departure, or if the Customer misses boarding, the ticket is considered used and is non-refundable. 5.3. Provider-side cancellation (weather, technical) — 100% refund with no fee, or a free reschedule. A sailing that goes ahead without swimming due to weather is not a cancellation. 5.4. Reschedule to another sailing — free, before departure, agreed with the ticket desk. 5.5. Tickets bought online are refunded at the main desk (desk 1) at Golden Sands pier; desk-bought tickets — at the desk of purchase. Funds are handed over on the spot — in cash from the till or by transfer to the Customer e-wallet. The website and the Finik payment service only accept payments; no payout is made through them. 5.6. 6.1. Provider is liable for passenger safety within legal and insurance limits. 6.2. Provider is not liable for: Customer actions violating safety rules; damage caused by intoxication; force majeure events.

Personal data processing is performed per Kyrgyz Law on Personal Data and our Privacy Policy (/privacy). By accepting this Offer, Customer consents to data processing for service delivery.

8.1. All disputes are resolved through negotiations. 8.2. If no agreement — through courts at Provider's location per Kyrgyz Republic law.

9.1. This Offer is valid from publication on cruise.kg until revoked. 9.2. Provider may amend the Offer. Current version always on this page. 9.3. Continued use after changes means acceptance.
