The sunset cruise is our most popular voyage. Every Saturday and Sunday from June to September, the ship departs at 19:00 from Golden Sands pier in Cholpon-Ata.
What to Bring
Essential checklist:
- Light jacket or cardigan — it is 5-7 degrees cooler on water
- Sunglasses — sunset light can be blinding
- Camera or phone with full charge
- Cash or card for the bar
Route and Timing
19:00 — departure. 19:40 — Cape Svyatoy Nos, slow turn. 20:00 — sunset. 20:30 — return trip with live music. 21:00 — arrival.
The sunset on Issyk-Kul lasts about 25 minutes. We plan the entire route so the ship is at the best vantage point at that moment.
